1. Before use, check the rotation flexibility of the pneumatic motor, remove the obstacles within the operation range of the drilling rig and on the walking road, and check the passing capacity of the road.

2. Before operation, the drilling tool, propulsion mechanism, electrical system, pressure system, air duct and dust-proof device shall be checked and confirmed to be intact before use.

3. When drilling, start the vacuum cleaner first to reduce the flying dust. Observe the powder discharge at any time, especially when drilling downward, strengthen the purging, and lift the drill for forced blowing if necessary.

4. Observe the sound and mechanical operation of the impactor at any time. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and eliminate the fault.

5. During drilling, do not reverse the motor or rotary reducer, and avoid tripping of the drilling rig.

6. Before adding the drill pipe, the central hole of the drill pipe shall be purged to prevent dirt from entering the impactor. The drill pipe that does not meet the specification or is seriously worn shall not be used. The drill pipe that has been broken in the borehole shall be taken out with special tools.

7. When the drilling rig is shut down for a short time, a small amount of compressed air shall be supplied to prevent rock powder from invading the impactor; If the drilling is stopped for a long time, the impactor shall be lifted 1-2m away from the hole bottom and fixed.

8. If the drill bit is dull, it shall be replaced immediately, and the diameter of the replaced drill bit shall not be greater than that of the original drill bit.

9. When drilling, if it is found that the drill pipe does not advance and does not stop jumping, pull the impactor out of the hole for inspection; When it is found that the bit drops the cemented carbide sheet, the small pieces shall be blown out by compressed air. For the large pieces, the rod less than the hole diameter can be used to stick the alloy sheet out of the hole with yellow mud or asphalt.

10. In case of sticking, the thrust shall be reduced immediately, and the rotation and flushing shall be strengthened to make it gradually normal. In case of serious sticking, stop the drill immediately, apply torque and tension with tools to loosen the rotation of the drilling tool, and then lift the drill while supplying air until it returns to normal.

11. In normal operation, when the air pressure in the air path is lower than 0.35Mpa, stop the machine for inspection.

12. Frequently adjust the tightness of the steel wire rope of the propulsion mechanism and improve the working degree of the up and down travel switches of the pulley block; If it cannot act correctly, it shall be repaired in time.

13. During operation, the lubrication of moving parts shall be checked at any time without oil shortage.

14. When the drilling rig is displaced, the carriage and drilling arm shall be adjusted to maintain the balance of the machine body.

15. After operation, the drilling rig shall be parked in a safe area for cleaning and lubrication.
